Exchange & Refund
Important to note before exchanging your accessories
Your accessories must be returned and exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Your accessories should not be worn or damaged. If we receive a accessories that is not in its original condition we will not accept it and it will be returned to you at your own cost.
For accessories : Note that any item from the accessories collection that is returned for an exchange or refund must be returned in its small transparent bag and with its label. If these conditions are not respected, we will have no other choice to reship your package to you at your expense, as we will not accept your request.
1.Make sure you meet all ourcriteria to start an exchange.
- You have 30 days after reception to send it back
- It must be in its original condition.
- It should not have been worn, used or washed.
2.write your information

3.When your package is ready, go to yourlocal post office and send the package to us!
4.We will send you an email when we receive yourpackage with the instructions on of how toreorder the new size or model that you want.
If you prefer to have a refund instead of exchanging it, you can do so by following the instructions below.

Important thing to note about refunds:
The shipping cost will be deducted from the amount we refund.
A fee will also be deducted for the free Standard delivery option. Verify which situation applies to your refund for the Standard delivery option:
Free Standard Shipping in United States: We will remove US$ 5 from the total on the invoice. The US$ 5 is to cover the amount that we’ve paid to send you the package in the first place as well as our administrative fee.
Paid Shipping (Express or Standard): If you have paid for the shipping, the amount paid for the initial shipping will NOT be refunded.

4.When we will receive your package, we will verifythat your product meets our standards. Once thatis done, we will process the refund and you willreceive an email about the refund.
