Once you have placed your order, it is no longer possible to cancel it. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can always try contacting us by email to see if your order can be cancelled and we will do our best to assist you. Depending on our volume of orders received, we may or may not be able to cancel it in time. If you order has not been cancelled in time before it was shipped, however, you will be able to return your items and get a refund once you receive them as long as they were not final sales.

We are not able to modify an existing order unfortunately.
If you would like to cancel your order to be able to reorder the right items, you can contact us by email as soon as possible and we will do our best to cancel it in time before it is shipped. If the order was already shipped, you will be able to return the items you received for an exchange if they were not marked as final sale.
